您好，您这边使用的不是最新的版本，第一个问题可以拿最新的版本试一下。下载地址在这边下载（http://support.supermap.com.cn/DownloadCenter/DownloadPage.aspx?id=1706）

第二个问题可以试一下Object.defineProperties而不是Cesium. defineProperties
