使用产品：supermap-idesktopx-10.0.1

问题描述：开始”-“浏览”-“python”，打开后有以下报错：

想修改python环境为3.6版本也不成功，提示重启python进程后才能修改。

该报错可能原因是缺少模块或模块之间的兼容性问题，可根据错误在谷歌上上搜索下解决方案。

另外也可以用我们提供的python环境，idesktopx support目录下miniconda环境或者用iobjects python env-cpu环境。

切换环境需要把当前python解释器关闭，然后添加新环境。
