Log says It cannot find WrapjGeo.dll .

But in the location, the file is well located. 

Could you let me know what the problem is, ASAP?

The most probable cause is that the version of the JDK/JRE is incompatibility or too low. You'd better install a JDK which version is no less than 1.8 and set JAVA_HOME to JDK directory.
